During the colder months, the outdoor area is enclosed with clear plastic walls and heated, so it is very comfortable even when the weather isn't the best. My wife heard about them originally some years ago when their original location on Belmont appeared in the local newspaper. We finally had a chance to stop by Pine State Biscuits' Division Street location for brunch a few weekends ago, and we're glad we went!
